The Barn is a beautifully converted cottage offering a self-catering option. Situated in a court yard setting with shared gardens and in the lovely rural village of Buckton (only 1 mile from RSPB Bempton Nature Reserve). We offer 2 double rooms (1 downstairs), 1 twin room and 1 superking which can be made into a twn if preferred. All rooms have their own ensuite.

A £100 deposit is required to secure any self-catering booking with full payment six weeks prior to holiday commencement. A £25 per night B&B deposit is required to secure a booking.
Cancellation Policy
B&B - Deposit of £25 per room per night is non-refundable.
Holiday Cottages:
• over 6 weeks, £100 deposit.
• within 4-6 weeks 50% of total cost is due.
• within 2- 4 weeks 75% of total cost is due.
• within 2 weeks 100% of the total cost is due.
We therefore recommend you consider your own travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
