The ground floor apartment 1 is wheelchair accesiible with waist height sockets & switches, handrails, ramp, portable shower seat and raised toilet seat available and off-street parking for mobility scooters and motorbikes/mopeds. A 24/7 on street parking permit is supplied and usually used.
