A small group of four holiday cottages, nestled in a sun trap courtyard, with wrought iron lamppost, outdoor seating area and lots of bird feeders and bird boxes.
Through the gate is a large garden, complete with summerhouse, which doubles as a bird hide, games for adults and children - croquet, goal post, etc and we have 'Mini Mews' - a 'no adults allowed' summerhouse, for the children to take over.
As well as lots of bird feeders, there is also a large area given over to organic fruit and vegetables, for guests to help themselves to - or just sit at the patio and light the barbecue.
Then, when darkness falls (and it really is dark here), get out the telescope and watch the stars and shooting stars putting on a show for you.
Guests seem to love the cosiness and comfort of the cottages - particularly the huge bed in the house, the four poster in one cottage, the big farmhouse style kitchen, exposed original oak beams and cosy log burner lounge in the house, with another log burner in the newest cottage Twitchers Den.
