..Providence Place Licensed Guest House is tucked away in a tranquil and pictureque corner, off the promenade whilst being close to the North Beach,the town centre and the harbour. We have a private on site car park and secure undercover cycle and mobility scooter storage. Bearing the less abled and their families in mind is our philosophy. We have a National Accessible Scheme Level 2 fully adapted ground floor en-suite twin room, a second ground floor twin room both with walk in wet rooms en-suite. There is a stair lift for those who need a little assistance to first floor where there is double, twin and single rooms. All rooms are comfortably decorated and furnished with TV, hot drinks facilities, free WI-FI and central heating. Cosy guest lounge and well stocked bar. Providence Place Guest House - Booking Terms and Conditions Thank you for choosing to book with Providence Place Guest House, we look forward to welcoming you. By making this booking you are entering a legally binding agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below. Prices The price of the accommodation and meal basis booked is detailed in your confirmation letter. The rooms include TV, tea and coffee facilities, bed linen and towels. Room 7 has a bath robe provided. Acceptance of Children Sorry, no children under the age of eight years are allowed at this property. Childrenís pricing applies to under 12 years. Pets Well-behaved pets are permitted by prior arrangement only at the additional cost of £3.00 per pet/per night (£1 per night will be donated to The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association). Cancellation and Insurance By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable. If you cannot take your holiday and the booking cannot be re-let, you are still liable to pay for the booking in full, even if we have not yet received your balance. If your deposit was paid by debit or credit card you agree that any amount owing due to cancellation may be charged to the same card, otherwise an invoice will be issued for the amount owing. If we do succeed in re-letting the booking, you are no longer liable for the balance, or we will refund it to you if you have already paid. To cover this cost we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance which is available from most brokers. Non-availability of Accommodation We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund. Arrival Your accommodation will be available to you between 1pm and 3 pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. No check in between 4.30pm and 6.00pm, evening meals are been prepared and served. Your luggage can be dropped off earlier by prior arrangement. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms. Late arrival procedure Please ensure you contact us no later than noon on scheduled day of arrival to let us know if you will be arriving late. Failure to notify us may result in the room being re-let or the full cost of the room being charged to your credit card. Departure Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10.30am on the day of departure. If required we will provide you with an invoice, payable on departure for any additional services you may have used during your stay. Damages and Breakages Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge of £25.00 if you did not report this. Lost keys will be charged at £20.00 per room set. Liability We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves whilst acting in the course of employment. Privacy Policy Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
